Rocking Around The...

Hello lovely people! So...I'm really excited about Christmas...anyone else??
My mom is excited, too. This is how excited we are:

I like my family. You should really be jealous. No, really. I thrive on your envy.
We went to Callaway yesterday. It was oober funtastical. You've never heard of funtastical? ...losers.
Callaway had all of its Christmas lights and decorations up and kicking (I could have said going, but I like kicking better). Callaway has such pretty Christmas decorations! So does Disney World...but we aren't there now are we Mr. and Mrs. Leah's Parents?!

Peter Peter Pumpkin Eater

I have not been blogging lately because I am very sad.
I am very sad because my sister has not been blogging lately.
I will go on strike until she blogs more. Join me, fellow people. Together, we will bully* her into blogging!

*I do not condone bulling. It is actually very horrible. Our sister bullying, however, not so much...

Feisty Spicy

I love spicy food. That's pretty much all I have for you.
Except I also figured out that all of these bloggers that put up amazing pictures of their outfits every single day have husbands. That settles it. I need a husband.
What? People typically get husbands for love and companionship?
Pssh...that's for old people. I only want one to take my pictures.

Yep, I painted my nails with red, sparkly nail polish. I love red. I love sparkles. I love nail polish. I like the word polish when it is pronounced po-lish.
Christmas is so soon!!!!! Sort of. I can't wait...I must buy presents for people!
Also, I want this for Christmas:
It's amazing, girly, and inspiring...JUST LIKE ME!

Here is what I wore Saturday for work:

And that is what I wore today to take my first finals...classy, chic, comfortable...oh yes...
I seriously love Converse, though! I have almost all of the classic Chuck Taylor All Star lo-tops! They are amazing!

Stripes and Polka Dots

Hello loves! I am extremely excited about it being December! I love December and the colder weather because it means coats, boots, scarves, and (sometimes) hats. What do you look forward to in December (besides presents, dumbo)?

I have been really in to the sitting down can get a better gist of my outfit; plus, you can see my face. I like my face...I figured you would enjoy it too. This outfit is really comfortable and (I feel) really cute.
This postcard of the Eiffel Tower from Disney World is in a picture frame beside my bed at my dorm. I think it is I got bored and started taking pictures of random things...this happens a lot lately...
My finals are this coming up week, and I am a little bit stressed...

Combination Plaid Said

Blackberry, I love you, but you really need better picture quality...Will you work on that for me? Okay, thank you. I knew you'd understand.

I love this plaid button-up from Target. It's SO soft and cozy!
I also love paring ketchup red with mustard yellow. I like walking down the street and being like BAM! Plus, red and yellow look good together. Like peanut butter and jelly. Like blue and orange...
Finals are next week and EVERYONE is freaking out about them...except me. All of my finals are just another test. They are not jealous, very jealous.

Holy snot! It's the first day of December!!!!! I love December! It's so happy and bright and colorful and cheerful and tasty...yep, tasty (food).
Oh, hey Noisy. Yes this is a picture of me stalking my own blog...sweet narcissism...
I'm actually very humble. I get that quality from my dad. We are both extremely humble...oh smarty pants...
Other qualities I get from my dad:
1.) Bad eyesight
2.) Small bit of OCD
3.) Control freak
4.) Crooked ears so our glasses are never straight
5.) We internalize things
That is all for tonight...

Sequins. Stripes. Tan Leather/Suede. Get to it people.
Oh, my love for sparkles...and stripes....and LEATHER! I love pretty much anything with well-made leather. No joke. I don't joke. I'm a serious person. That's a lie. Sometimes.
The past week (Thanksgiving, duh) I had gotten used to sleeping late, so this morning hit me...hard! I came back to my dorm after my early class and took a nap. I'm a granny, okay? I will also go to bed at 4 o'clock and take out my dentures and put them in a glass of water beside my medical bed. I sleep in a muumuu sometimes...okay, that's a's a dashiki...

'Ello lovely. I hope everyone had an amazing holiday and (for college students) week off! If not, I'm sorry, but you missed out on some amazingness...too bad for you. Maybe next year, eh? Maybe you just don't enjoy lots of good food and having fun...luckily for me, I enjoy both of those things. I also like my family...that might have something to do with it...
Over this enjoyable holiday (questionable for some, apparently) I bought some new's expensive these days, but ohhh so worth it...hmmm. I like squishing jewelry together and taking pictures of it. I like shiny and sparkly what?

Turkey Time

I am thankful for my hair...for it being so healthy and amazingly soft so I am able to do whatever I want to it. I am thankful that I am not attached to my hair so I can have fun with the colors and cuts of it...
How was everyones' Thanksgiving??
Mine was AMAZING! My mom and dad's sides both came to our house for Thanksgiving lunch and dinner. It went so well, and it was so much fun!
I am thankful for having such a wonderful family that allows me to just be me (even though I force the real me on everyone already...why be anyone else but me?). My remote family are, literally, my best friends. They are always there for shoulders to cry piggy-backs to ride on (Yes, I am four.) foundation...the most amazing people in my life. Thank you, family, for making everything fun and wonderful and relaxed. You complete me..**draws heart-shape with hands in air**
(Sappy moment above...beware)

Sparkley Sparkles

I am so excited about Thanksgiving! I am ready to be done with classes tomorrow so I can go home for a week! Granted, I live close enough that I could go home every day anyway, but this time I get to stay without worrying about classes!
If you haven't noticed...I love black.
I also just bought these Steve Madden boots...they are absolutely beautiful! I want them in black (surprise) and grey (surprise, again)...they are perfect! This scarf came from Target and so did the striped one that is hanging up to the left of the pictures. The one I am wearing in the pictures has subtle sparkles in it...I like the sparkles!
P.S. Why haven't you guys found me a llama yet?

Oh My Llama

Recently, my oldest sister, Kate, and her husband, Bryant, went to Utah for a wedding.
She took this for me:
Look at that amazingness!!!!!! I edited the picture so it had a cloud looking haze around the beautifulness...I'm not weird, you are.
Oh, alpacas and joyful you make my heart...
I've been trying to find a llama stuffed animal for the longest time! I found one, but the person never contacted me back about it...I was very sad. However, I will not give up!!! I WILL find a llama stuffed animal!
Side Note: I love HERSHEY'S HUGS more than I like most people.

Holly, Jolly

I also love this outfit.
I also love spending time with my family.
We went Christmas shopping today. It was AMAZING! I love Christmas shopping and Christmas and the cold and the coats and the decorations and the happy Christmas spirit in people! People always seem to be happier around Christmas...maybe I am just so happy at Christmas that it makes me could happen.
I hit my head tonight...hard. I was getting in the car and I didn't duck down far enough so I hit my head...haha. No worries, world, I'm alright! My head may be a little tender for a while...but all is well with Leah!
Enjoy your days.

Third Person Talking

Guys! I have not posted nearly enough lately! Forgive me, AGAIN? I thought you would, AGAIN...
My week has been busy, and it's only Tuesday! (It is Tuesday, right? See?! I've been so busy that I can't even keep my days straight!)
School, food, school, food, work, food, school, sometimes food (or snack), sleep...
PLUS: I have a cold.
It's horrible.
You should really be thankful that I took a picture of my outfit today. I was rushing out the door with my hands full of books and my random stuff and I thought to myself, "Leah, you not only are a full time college student and have a part time (amazing) job, but you also are a blogger. You must be a responsible adult (even though I don't believe I am an adult until I pay for everything of mine on my own) and be a freaking amazing blogger! Chin up!"
Side Note: When I talk to myself, I call myself Leah.

Gettin' Chilly

I have had a REALLY busy week! Forgive me for not being amazingly quick and witty? I thought you might.
Today, I started job training at the Loft! The Loft is an amazing, well-priced store with trend-related clothing and accessories. I am thrilled to be a sales associate for such a wonderful store!
Ahh...good ol' cheetah favorite new scarf! I adore that the weather is getting cooler and cooler!! I love everything about cold weather! I love the boots, the scarves, the sweaters, the jackets, the coats....ohhhhhh the coats....
The one problem about working at the Loft? I need to buy more clothes...oh yeah...such a burden... ;) I am so excited!

Easy A

I want to wear this outfit every single least the purse and coat. If I died in this outfit, I'd be a happy camper...ok death is probably no fun, but this outfit could make it a little better, don't you think?
Maybe not...
I do love this outfit though! It is a perfect combination of randomness that looks put together...just trust me on this looks put together.
Easy peasy.

Don't Sweat It

Today, it is a lovely 74 degress! So, of course, I wore something that normally I would sweat in! Hooray! Is it sad that I get this excited? I didn't think so either...
I have been waiting and waiting to wear this's just so freaking cozy!
By the way, my entire outfit is from Target...I should be a spokesperson or something...maybe they should sponsor my blog...hhmmmm....

Also, follow this link
It is probably the most amazing, random video I have seen in a while! My sister shared it with me...enjoy the amazingness...

Someday Cooler

Ah yes, Autumn in the south sure means it will be cool outside...not 80 degress all day...never...
Fear not, young ones, the cooler weather will be upon us shortly (hopefully)...
I cannot wait to walk outside and need a jacket/coat again! I am obsessed with cooler weather almost as much as I am obsessed with jackets/coats...they are my weakness/addiction (I like using "/" today).
P.S. I do wear shoes...just not in my dorm.

Pep In My Step

Ok guys, confession time...this is what I wore yesterday...Eek! I know, I know horrific that I did not use this for yesterdays post, but I figured it would be ok to combine a little...
My hair looks kind of like a peasant in this picture...I don't normally look so peasant-y...I hope...

Voila! This is what I wore today! (Calm down people...everything is back to the natural order of things)

When I was rudely awakened by my alarm this morning, I DID NOT want to dress cute...I was in no mood to wear a tight-ish tank top or a belt, but I looked in the mirror and thought, "Leah, because you rock, you will force yourself to wear something cute today because later in the day it will make you feel better!"
I like personal pep talks...they are encouraging
